Where complimentary training or digital content is included or accessed, the order becomes strictly non-refundable. Our distribution operates Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. You are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.
