IMCAS Paris 2026 was one of those rare experiences that manages to be intellectually demanding, professionally significant, and genuinely joyful all at once. A week where global science, meaningful connection, strategic leadership and unforgettable moments collided in the most Parisian way possible.
From the moment we arrived, Paris set the tone. Cold, crisp air. Blue skies. That unmistakable energy only this city delivers. Beautiful, busy, unapologetically itself. The perfect backdrop for a congress that continues to shape the future of global aesthetics.
But this year was different.
IMCAS Paris 2026 marked a defining moment not only for regenerative aesthetics but for how our industry is evolving on a global scale.
This year’s congress was a powerful convergence of science, surgery, biotechnology and professional collaboration. I was honoured to be deeply involved, right at the centre of those conversations.
From chairing the Global Leaders Forum for Regenerative Aesthetics to engaging with world‑leading professors, plastic surgeons, scientists and elite injectors, IMCAS 2026 reinforced one clear truth:
The future of aesthetics is regenerative, multidisciplinary, and globally aligned.

Chairing the Global Leaders Forum: Setting the Direction

At IMCAS Paris 2026, I chaired the Interactive Global Leaders Forum for Regenerative Aesthetics, leading high‑level discussions with some of the most respected minds in the field. Professors, plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors and regenerative specialists from across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas came together for one purpose: to define where regenerative aesthetics is heading next.
The focus was clinical direction, not surface‑level trends:
  • regenerative biotechnology
  • evidence‑led protocols
  • long‑term tissue health
  • and the integration of advanced science into real‑world aesthetic practice
These were not scripted lectures. They were open, rigorous conversations. Honest debate. Shared clinical experience. Thoughtful discussion about how regenerative aesthetics is applied safely, ethically and effectively in everyday practice.
This kind of dialogue is where real progress happens.
The conversations were forward‑thinking, grounded in evidence, and crucially inclusive of the full professional ecosystem required to deliver optimal outcomes. Regenerative aesthetics does not belong to one profession. It belongs to collaboration.

Science, Education & the CHA Family

At the heart of my IMCAS Paris 2026 experience was chairing and leading the Global Interactive Talks on Regenerative Aesthetics with the CHA Meditech family.
These sessions brought together leading doctors and professors from around the world to explore regenerative aesthetics not as abstract theory, but as a practice firmly rooted in clinical and surgical reality.
The focus throughout was clarity, collaboration and practicality.
I was incredibly well supported by the CHA Meditech team throughout the congress. In particular, Sumin from head office stepped in as my PA on the crucial Global Forum Day, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Calm, organised and endlessly supportive, she allowed me to stay fully focused on delivery, discussion and connection.
The warmth of the CHA family is real, and it was felt at every stage of IMCAS.
It was also wonderful to finally meet Professor Aydin Saray in person. A brilliant mind with extraordinary depth of knowledge, he brought not only academic and surgical insight, but warmth and humour to every discussion.
I also had a conversation with Dr Andrii Starodubtsev, a highly accomplished plastic surgeon from Ukraine, that truly popped off. The kind of exchange where ideas flow fast, perspectives challenge one another, and innovation is sparked in real time.
And of course, Dr Oksana brought her signature glamour alongside serious clinical insight, generously sharing her experience and outcomes using Celltermi exosomes, adding real‑world depth to the regenerative conversations taking place.
Following the recording of the Global Interactive Talks, we also met with Dr Keiron Lord. A particularly meaningful moment, as it marked his first in‑person meeting with the CHA Meditech head office team and brought everyone together at a pivotal point.

Global Recognition from CHA Meditech & CHA Bio Group

During IMCAS, I was deeply honoured to receive a Global Leader Award from CHA Meditech and CHA Bio Group.
CHA is one of the oldest and most influential pharmaceutical and biotechnology groups in South Korea, supplying raw pharmaceutical materials and advanced regenerative technologies worldwide.
The award recognised:
  • My clinical expertise and mastery of CHA Meditech’s regenerative portfolio
  • The development of advanced regenerative protocols
  • The creation of a structured five‑step regenerative process
  • and my contribution to shaping clinical and educational strategy for 2025 and beyond
What made this recognition particularly meaningful was that it acknowledged not just outcomes, but process, leadership and integrity. CHA openly stated that this work could not have been achieved without my involvement.
That matters.

Regenerative Aesthetics & the Role of the Aesthetic Practitioner

One of the most important and resonant discussions at IMCAS 2026 centred on the critical role of aesthetic practitioners before and after surgical intervention.
My in‑depth dialogue with Dr Andrii Starodubtsev strongly reinforced a position I have long advocated:
Aesthetic practitioners are not secondary to surgery. They are essential to its success.
Dr Andrii highlighted:
  • The importance of structured skin preparation prior to facelift surgery
  • Advanced regenerative support post‑surgery
  • And the role of Nidogen‑1 in optimising tissue integrity, healing and long‑term skin quality
The message was clear.
Clients must not underestimate or bypass skilled aestheticians. Their work directly impacts surgical outcomes, recovery, longevity of results and overall skin health.
Regenerative aesthetics is about continuity of care.

International Collaboration & Global Expertise

IMCAS Paris also provided the opportunity to connect with exceptional international colleagues shaping global practice.
I spent valuable time with Brazilian leaders Dr Renata and Dr Altair, whose expertise in regenerative protocols and patient‑centred approaches reflects the depth of innovation coming from South America.
I also met with outstanding Turkish doctors and Professor Aydin Saray from Istanbul, a region consistently producing some of the most technically accomplished and forward‑thinking clinicians in the world.
These conversations reinforced the importance of shared standards, cross‑border collaboration and global respect within aesthetics.

Paris in Between the Science

IMCAS is intense. Making time to experience Paris properly mattered.
We visited the Louvre and saw the Mona Lisa. We went to Notre Dame, where I strongly suggested that Steve take the opportunity to confess any sins. Whether that worked remains between him and the cathedral.
We went up the Eiffel Tower, had lunch, and shared a glass of champagne while looking out across the city. Cold, picturesque and absolutely worth it.
And yes, the Pornstar Martinis made an appearance. Some traditions exist for a reason.

Working, Laughing & Creating Under Pressure

This trip would not have been what it was without Steve, also known as Steven Lewis Barrett, who joined me as photographer, videographer, friend and all-around support.
We worked under pressure, moved fast, laughed a lot and captured everything that mattered.
There is something grounding about working alongside someone you trust in high‑energy, high‑expectation environments like IMCAS. Staying calm, creative and light‑hearted while delivering at pace makes all the difference.

The week culminated in a spectacular IMCAS Gala at the Palais Brongniart.
An elegant, glamorous evening filled with live music, laughter and celebration. A moment where science gave way to connection and the global aesthetics community came together in unforgettable style.
It was here that I spent time with Dr Renata and Dr Altair, the Brazilian contingent of the CHA family. Conversations flowed easily, there were laughs, and yes, dancing. Professional respect turned naturally into a genuine connection.
The Gala also brought unexpected and exciting introductions. I met a wonderful group of Turkish doctors who warmly invited me to visit their clinics in Istanbul. We spoke in depth about biotech, research and development, and my perspectives on Korean dermal filler innovation. Those conversations are continuing beyond Paris.

A New Era

IMCAS Paris 2026 confirmed what many of us already know.
We are entering a new era defined by:
  • regenerative biotechnology
  • multidisciplinary collaboration
  • elevated professional standards
  • and recognition of the full aesthetic ecosystem
By the end of the week, I had made countless new contacts, many valuable acquaintances, and, I’m happy to say, a few genuine friends.
IMCAS Paris wasn’t just about attending. It was about contributing, connecting and continuing to build relationships that will shape what comes next.
Tired. Inspired. Slightly overdressed. Very well fed. Deeply grateful.
IMCAS Paris 2026, you delivered.
