Revive NX Ltd | Refund & Returns Policy

Business-to-Business Sales

All products supplied by Revive NX Ltd are sold strictly on a business-to-business basis for professional use only.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, overstocking, or practitioner preference.

Returns Eligibility

Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • A verified manufacturing fault is present

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence sent to hello@revivenx.co.uk.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging to be considered for review.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, stored incorrectly, or compromised after delivery.

Complimentary Training Clause

Where complimentary training has been accessed or granted as part of a product purchase, the order becomes non-refundable.

Access to digital training materials, CPD content, online portals or downloadable resources immediately voids eligibility for refund under any circumstances other than a verified product defect.

Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened medical or aesthetic products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Digital training content
  • Downloadable materials
  • CPD courses
  • Special order or promotional bundles

Revive NX Ltd does not offer gift vouchers or gift purchases.

Approved Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned via tracked and insured delivery
  • Revive NX Ltd is not responsible for items lost in transit
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days following inspection

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a returned product is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, it will not be refunded and may be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

Shipping Damage

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

If damage is identified, it must be reported within 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence. Failure to notify within this timeframe may invalidate any claim.
